BITERS TEAM UP WITH LOUDWIRE FOR "LET IT ROLL" TRACK PREMIERE

"That good-natured feel of some of rock's best decades... Biters are cut from the same cloth as iconic acts like Cheap Trick, with a tad of the glitter rock sound made famous by the New York Dolls and T. Rex." - Loudwire

Atlanta rock n' rollers BITERS have teamed with Loudwire to present the exclusive premiere of new single "Let It Roll".

This rockin' call-to-arms is the opening track off the band's sophomore album The Future Ain't What It Used To Be, to be released worldwide via Earache Records on May 19th.

BITERS frontman Tuk Smith says of the song, "It's got that 'take on the world' spirit to it and it gets me pumped every time I hear it."

"Stomping rock n' roll, sprinkled with stardust" is how BITERS have been described - the Atlanta-based quartet makes swaggering, stadium-ready anthems in the spirit of the glam, power pop, and hard rock gods of the '70s, from T. REX to CHEAP TRICK to AC/DC.  Indeed, new album The Future Ain't What It Used To Be is packed with some of the catchiest songs of the year - but the magic lies in the attitude behind the hooks.  BITERS' strut and style transports us to a time when bands looked like bands and acted like gangs.

A feature in High Times likened BITERS' mix of streetwise snarl and pop perfection to "a rainbow in a thunderstorm."

The Future Ain't What It Used To Be was recorded by Dan Dixon (WYLDLIFE, WHORES), mixed by Dixon and Scott Stevens (HALESTORM, SHINEDOWN), and mastered by Stephen Marcussen (JOHNNY CASH, THE ROLLING STONES, TOM PETTY).

BITERS RELEASE "CHASIN' THE FEELING" FROM NEW ALBUM 'THE FUTURE AIN'T WHAT IT USED TO BE'

Atlanta's rock 'n' roll quartet BITERS have released a new track called "Chasin' the Feeling", which appears on the band's upcoming new album, 'The Future Ain't What It Used to Be'.

BITERS have just wrapped up a European tour supporting label mates and fellow Atlanta natives BLACKBERRY SMOKE and are celebrating the successful trek by treating fans to a brand new song.  "Chasin' the Feeling" follows the lead single "Stone Cold Love" as the second track to be released from 'The Future Ain't What It Used to Be', which will be available worldwide on May 19th through Earache Records.

Listen to "Chasin' the Feeling" now at http://youtu.be/sbsoBMQ7GK8

BITERS frontman Tuk recently said of the new album: "I knew I wanted to do something totally different to 'Electric Blood'.  It's very easy to get sidetracked as an artist and especially easy to lose perspective with so many people giving you advice and critique.  For this album, I wanted to go back to the reason I started this band back in 2010 - my love for early '70s glam rock, power pop and those big, anthemic sing-alongs are where my heart feels most home.  I wanted to take risks and really wear my heart on my sleeve this time around."

TIM COMMERFORD RAGES AGAINST TRUMP, THE MILITARY, RELIGION & CORPORATE AMERICA IN GUTSY NEW WAKRAT VIDEO

Punk rock trio WAKRAT (pronounced wôk•rat) have dropped a provocative new video for their track "Sober Addiction" in which Tim Commerford courageously confronts American authority head on.

The video, shot in multiple locations across the USA, shows the notorious activist and RAGE AGAINST THE MACHINE bassist fearlessly mocking the perceived evils of America face to face... all whilst dressed in a middle finger costume.  Religious establishments, pharmaceutical corporations, the military, law enforcement, Trump supporters and major banks all get the finger from Commerford - often provoking outrage and angry responses.  This video is not for the easily offended.

Watch the "Sober Addiction" video now at http://youtu.be/gZ2lXalseSc

No strangers to controversy, WAKRAT have grown notorious for standing up for what they believe in.  Last July they staged one of the most daring political stunts in punk history as they claimed Parliament Square in London as their own sovereign state - the Republic of Wakrat.  This new protest state, as explained on the official website <http://www.republicofwakrat.com>:

"This new state welcomes everyone of all ethnicities, backgrounds, genders, generations, sexualities, dis/abilities and faiths and offers a fresh alternative to the current system - we stand for equality and free movement.  The current system is oppressive and elitist, promoting racist ideologies in order to push a self-serving agenda whilst an entire generation is put in jeopardy.  We condemn this behaviour and Republic of Wakrat exists to expose it."

WAKRAT's self-titled debut album was released on Election Day last November on Earache Records and is available on signed CD and vinyl from http://www.earache.com/wakrat

The album is also available on iTunes at http://bit.ly/wakrat-itunes
