BOLT THROWER 'WAR MASTER' & NAPALM DEATH 'FROM ENSLAVEMENT TO OBLITERATION' FULL DYNAMIC RANGE VINYL REISSUES OUT NOW

British death metal legends BOLT THROWER's classic third album 'War Master', and grindcore pioneers NAPALM DEATH's sophomore release 'From Enslavement to Obliteration', have been reissued on Full Dynamic Range vinyl and are available to purchase once again.

Earache Records revolutionised the way music fans can enjoy their favourite metal albums several years ago with the launch of the Full Dynamic Range (FDR) format.  A counteraction to the "Loudness Wars", Full Dynamic Range vinyl ensures that fans hear the music as it was intended to sound - pure and organic audio pressed straight to 180-gram vinyl from the original studio analogue or DAT tapes.

Since the original FDR pressings of BOLT THROWER's 'War Master' and NAPALM DEATH's 'From Enslavement to Obliteration' quickly sold out, fans have been clamouring for another pressing, and are now able to get their hands on these revitalised metal classics once more.

Originally released in 1990, 'War Master' cemented BOLT THROWER's reputation for delivering incredibly heavy, war-obsessed death metal, propelling the band to the top of the genre alongside contemporaries such as NAPALM DEATH, MORBID ANGEL and ENTOMBED.  Watch the video for the new vinyl reissue at http://youtu.be/ZAey_svURzc

Get BOLT THROWER's 'War Master' now on Full Dynamic Range vinyl at http://webstore.earache.com/bolt-thrower

The founding fathers of grindcore, NAPALM DEATH are undoubtedly the most influential band in the genre.  Their second album, 'From Enslavement to Obliteration', is the last to feature vocalist Lee Dorrian (who went on to form CATHEDRAL) and guitarist Bill Steer (also of CARCASS), and the first to include bassist Shane Embury.  Watch the video for the new vinyl reissue at http://youtu.be/iyYruqHppxY

Get NAPALM DEATH's 'From Enslavement to Obliteration' now on Full Dynamic Range vinyl at http://webstore.earache.com/napalm-death

The next title to be repressed on Full Dynamic Range vinyl is TERRORIZER's 'World Downfall', which is due to be released on August 18th.  Also being released on that day is MORBID ANGEL's 'Blessed Are the Sick', which is being made available on Full Dynamic Range vinyl for the first time ever.

Over the course of five albums, various EPs and numerous prominent placements in such high-profile outlets as TV's Sons of Anarchy and Californication, Smith has built a powerful body of work that marks him as a genuine original.  He was nominated for a 2015 Emmy for his song "Come Join the Murder", co-written with Bob Thiele and Kurt Sutter for the final episode of Sons of Anarchy.  The California-bred artist writes timeless, vividly detailed character studies, tapping into the emotional lives of various misfits, outsiders and troubled souls with insight and compassion.  His songwriting is matched by his rough-hewn, deeply expressive voice, and by his distinctive instrumental arrangements, which are simultaneously intimate and epic.

EARACHE RECORDS CELEBRATES 30 YEARS WITH FULL DYNAMIC RANGE VINYL REISSUES

Famed for pioneering the underdog genre of extreme music in the late '80s and '90s, Earache Records over the course of the last 30 years has issued some 600+ releases and helped to provide careers for genre-leading names such as NAPALM DEATH, MORBID ANGEL, CARCASS, ENTOMBED, SLEEP, AT THE GATES, BOLT THROWER, THE DILLINGER ESCAPE PLAN, BRING ME THE HORIZON and countless others.

The concept of extreme music isn't the only facet to Earache Records that it has pioneered however... the concept of FDR (Full Dynamic Range) vinyl pressings has revolutionised the way music fans can enjoy their favourite metal albums.

During the heyday of many classic Earache bands' careers, the trend at the time was to make recordings as loud as possible for the fans.  Dubbed "The Loudness Wars", this was a concept much of the music industry adhered to in the '90s.  Unfortunately, many did not realise that by increasing the loudness of studio recordings, this often had a detrimental effect on the overall sound quality.  To achieve super-high volume, the sound waves were compressed against the "audible ceiling", often limiting the difference between the peak and average levels in the music.  This meant that the disparity between the loud and quieter elements in the recording (known as the "dynamic range") is significantly reduced.

Earache's idea of "Full Dynamic Range" vinyl reissues is to counteract the "Loudness War" and ensure that fans hear the music as it was intended to sound - pure and organic audio pressed straight to 180-gram vinyl from the original studio analogue or DAT tapes, many of which were stored for 20+ years.  This concept is not designed for the casual music fan who might only listen to albums on their phone or iPod, but the real music enthusiasts who like to put a record on a turntable, sit back and absorb the sound waves at the optimal quality, experiencing the warmth and depth to the music as it was originally intended; the instruments leap out of the speakers.

Over recent years, Earache has reissued much of its catalogue on FDR vinyl for the first time.  Whether it's the meaty riffs in MORBID ANGEL's 'Altars of Madness' or the all-encompassing stoner sludge of SLEEP's 'Holy Mountain', the difference in quality and depth of these FDR reissues is obvious to even the average music fan.

ENTOMBED 'LEFT HAND PATH' & CARCASS 'NECROTICISM' FULL DYNAMIC RANGE VINYL REISSUES OUT NOW

ENTOMBED's legendary debut 'Left Hand Path', along with CARCASS' classic third album 'Necroticism - Descanting the Insalubrious', have been reissued on Full Dynamic Range vinyl and are available to purchase once again.

After the original FDR pressings of ENTOMBED's 'Left Hand Path' and CARCASS' 'Necroticism' quickly sold out, fans have since been clamouring for another pressing, and are now able to get their hands on these metal classics once more.

Originally released in 1990, ENTOMBED's 'Left Hand Path' defined the "Swedish sound" replicated by hundreds of other acts and came to represent the primal death metal sound that was to break through into the mainstream in the early '90s.  ENTOMBED were the first extreme metal band to enter the charts in their native Sweden, before becoming an international success.

Get 'Left Hand Path' now on Full Dynamic Range vinyl at http://webstore.earache.com/entombed

Liverpool's death metal pioneers CARCASS are often credited with shaping the entire genre, pushing boundaries with their shocking imagery whilst evolving and innovating with each new album.  1991's 'Necroticism - Descanting the Insalubrious' is the band's third album and the first to feature guitarist Michael Amott (ARCH ENEMY, SPIRITUAL BEGGARS, CARNAGE).

BITERS UNVEIL OFFICIAL "STONE COLD LOVE" MUSIC VIDEO

Atlanta's rock n' roll punks BITERS, whose new studio album, 'The Future Ain't What It Used to Be' was released Friday, have unveiled a brand new video for lead single, "Stone Cold Love".  Watch the clip, directed by longtime collaborator Video Rahim, here - http://youtu.be/slBjGh00Yec

BITERS recently returned home after blazing a trail across the UK and Europe with their electrifying live shows.  Their 24-date tour supporting labelmates BLACKBERRY SMOKE saw them playing to over 50,000 music fans, including a date at London's iconic Roundhouse.

BITERS frontman Tuk tells us about how "Stone Cold Love" came to be; "I sat down with my buddy Scott (Stevens) to write a tune.  We sat for hours trying to come up with something that felt perfect, but were hitting a dead end.  We said 'fuck it' and went to his local hang out, ate some cornbread, drank a few beers and talked about music.  We spoke about T. Rex, Queen and Slade, shit like that, how cool those big drum grooves were.  Right then a light bulb went off and we headed back to the studio with a fresh start and within hours finished writing the song, demoed it and tracked lead vocals!  I was so fucking delirious I couldn't tell if it was good or not.  A few weeks later, Scott sent me the finished demo while I was on tour in Kansas.  I remember cranking it in the van outside of this fake old wild west town and thinking, 'Goddamn, this is so good!'"

'The Future Ain't What It Used to Be' was produced by Dan Dixon and is the follow-up to 2015's critically acclaimed 'Electric Blood'.  You can grab the album digitally at iTunes - http://bit.ly/bitersfuture-itunes or pick up signed copies, bundles and lovely vinyl from http://www.earache.com/biters

BITERS: NEW ALBUM 'THE FUTURE AIN'T WHAT IT USED TO BE' OUT NOW WORLDWIDE

'The Future Ain't What It Used to Be', the brand new studio album from Atlanta rock 'n' rollers BITERS, is out now worldwide on CD, vinyl and digital platforms.

Described as "stomping rock n' roll, sprinkled with stardust", BITERS make swaggering, stadium-ready anthems in the spirit of the glam, power pop and hard rock gods of the '70s, from T. REX to CHEAP TRICK to AC/DC.  'The Future Ain't What It Used to Be' is packed with some of the catchiest songs of the year - but the magic lies in the attitude behind the hooks.  BITERS' strut and style transports us to a time when bands looked like bands and acted like gangs.

BITERS frontman Tuk recently said of the new album: "I knew I wanted to do something totally different to 'Electric Blood'.  It's very easy to get sidetracked as an artist and especially easy to lose perspective with so many people giving you advice and critique.  For this album, I wanted to go back to the reason I started this band back in 2010 - my love for early '70s glam rock, power pop and those big, anthemic sing-alongs are where my heart feels most home.  I wanted to take risks and really wear my heart on my sleeve this time around."

Get 'The Future Ain't What It Used to Be' now on vinyl and limited edition signed CD at http://www.earache.com/biters

The album is also available now on iTunes at http://bit.ly/bitersfuture-itunes

'The Future Ain't What It Used to Be' was recorded with Dan Dixon (WYLDLIFE, WHORES), mixed by Dan Dixon and Scott Stevens (HALESTORM, SHINEDOWN), and mastered by Stephen Marcussen (JOHNNY CASH, THE ROLLING STONES, TOM PETTY).

Full track listing:

1. Let It Roll
2. Stone Cold Love
3. Callin' You Home
4. Don't Turn This Good Heart Bad
5. Gypsy Rose
6. No Stranger to Heartache
7. Vulture City

BITERS have been described as "stomping rock n' roll, sprinkled with stardust", and "No Stranger to Heartache" fits the description perfectly with its catchy, stomping swagger.  The track appears on the band's new album, 'The Future Ain't What It Used to Be', which releases worldwide tomorrow - Friday, 19th May.

BITERS are due to kick off a US East Coast tour tomorrow to coincide with the release of 'The Future Ain't What It Used to Be'.  Don't miss them at these shows:

DEAD KENNEDYS CONFIRMED FOR GLASTONBURY FESTIVAL'S TRUTH STAGE

Californian punk rockers DEAD KENNEDYS have been confirmed for this year's Glastonbury festival - the UK's most popular festival and one of the largest in the world - where the legendary group will be performing as part of the #EaracheTakeover in the Shangri-La area.

DEAD KENNEDYS will be a part of the Truth Stage line-up, which also includes NAPALM DEATH amongst many others.  The stage sits right next to the Earache Express - the festival's first ever stage dedicated to metal, rock and punk, and curated by the legendary British independent label, Earache Records.

The Earache Express stage is housed in a recycled London Underground tube carriage, and is set to host the likes of EXTREME NOISE TERROR, Singaporean grindcore trio WORMROT, and former frontman for punk revolutionaries CRASS, Steve Ignorant, with more acts due to be announced soon.  The Earache Express will be running from 9pm-6am, Thursday 22nd June to Sunday 25th June and promises a festival experience like no other.

GLASTONBURY UNVEILS NEW EARACHE STAGE FOR METAL/ROCK/PUNK

The new venue, which is making its debut at the Glastonbury 2017 festival, is housed in a recycled London Underground tube carriage located at Shangri La in the South East corner and is curated by the legendary British independent label Earache Records.

Earache Records, celebrating 30 years of pioneering metal/punk this summer, created the extreme metal scene launching bands such as NAPALM DEATH, CARCASS, GODFLESH, BRING ME THE HORIZON (USA), CLUTCH, SLEEP and THE DILLINGER ESCAPE PLAN.

Initial bands confirmed for what promises to be the noisiest stage in Glastonbury history include one-time KLF collaborators EXTREME NOISE TERROR, Singapore's grindcore trio WORMROT and former frontman for punk revolutionaries CRASS, Steve Ignorant.  Many more acts to be announced.

Earache founder Digby Pearson said: "Glastonbury is known for its incredibly diverse line-up - we're glad to offer not just metalheads and punks, but everyone, a bangin' venue to come hang, headbang and party hard with some incredible bands."

The Earache Stage will be running from 9pm-6am, Wednesday 21st June to Sunday 25th June and promises a festival experience like no other.

In addition to the Earache Stage, Glastonbury has confirmed that seminal grindcore band NAPALM DEATH will be opening the Truth Stage in Shangri La on the Thursday night, 22nd June.

NAPALM DEATH's Shane Embury said: "I haven't been to Glastonbury since 1989!  A wild weekend I recall where I was a babysitter for a Japanese punk band all on acid!  All I can say is myself and the rest of the Napalm Death boys are very happy to finally play this prestigious event; let's hope it's a fucking mad one!"

BITERS TEAM UP WITH LOUDWIRE FOR "LET IT ROLL" TRACK PREMIERE

"That good-natured feel of some of rock's best decades... Biters are cut from the same cloth as iconic acts like Cheap Trick, with a tad of the glitter rock sound made famous by the New York Dolls and T. Rex." - Loudwire

Atlanta rock n' rollers BITERS have teamed with Loudwire to present the exclusive premiere of new single "Let It Roll".

This rockin' call-to-arms is the opening track off the band's sophomore album The Future Ain't What It Used To Be, to be released worldwide via Earache Records on May 19th.

BITERS frontman Tuk Smith says of the song, "It's got that 'take on the world' spirit to it and it gets me pumped every time I hear it."

Listen here: http://loudwire.com/biters-let-it-roll-exclusive-song-premiere

"Stomping rock n' roll, sprinkled with stardust" is how BITERS have been described - the Atlanta-based quartet makes swaggering, stadium-ready anthems in the spirit of the glam, power pop, and hard rock gods of the '70s, from T. REX to CHEAP TRICK to AC/DC.  Indeed, new album The Future Ain't What It Used To Be is packed with some of the catchiest songs of the year - but the magic lies in the attitude behind the hooks.  BITERS' strut and style transports us to a time when bands looked like bands and acted like gangs.

A feature in High Times likened BITERS' mix of streetwise snarl and pop perfection to "a rainbow in a thunderstorm."

The Future Ain't What It Used To Be was recorded by Dan Dixon (WYLDLIFE, WHORES), mixed by Dixon and Scott Stevens (HALESTORM, SHINEDOWN), and mastered by Stephen Marcussen (JOHNNY CASH, THE ROLLING STONES, TOM PETTY).

TIM COMMERFORD RAGES AGAINST TRUMP, THE MILITARY, RELIGION & CORPORATE AMERICA IN GUTSY NEW WAKRAT VIDEO

Punk rock trio WAKRAT (pronounced wôk•rat) have dropped a provocative new video for their track "Sober Addiction" in which Tim Commerford courageously confronts American authority head on.

The video, shot in multiple locations across the USA, shows the notorious activist and RAGE AGAINST THE MACHINE bassist fearlessly mocking the perceived evils of America face to face... all whilst dressed in a middle finger costume.  Religious establishments, pharmaceutical corporations, the military, law enforcement, Trump supporters and major banks all get the finger from Commerford - often provoking outrage and angry responses.  This video is not for the easily offended.

Watch the "Sober Addiction" video now at http://youtu.be/gZ2lXalseSc

No strangers to controversy, WAKRAT have grown notorious for standing up for what they believe in.  Last July they staged one of the most daring political stunts in punk history as they claimed Parliament Square in London as their own sovereign state - the Republic of Wakrat.  This new protest state, as explained on the official website <http://www.republicofwakrat.com>:

"This new state welcomes everyone of all ethnicities, backgrounds, genders, generations, sexualities, dis/abilities and faiths and offers a fresh alternative to the current system - we stand for equality and free movement.  The current system is oppressive and elitist, promoting racist ideologies in order to push a self-serving agenda whilst an entire generation is put in jeopardy.  We condemn this behaviour and Republic of Wakrat exists to expose it."

WAKRAT's self-titled debut album was released on Election Day last November on Earache Records and is available on signed CD and vinyl from http://www.earache.com/wakrat

The album is also available on iTunes at http://bit.ly/wakrat-itunes

Nashville-based artist DANNY WORSNOP has released a brand new music video for the song "High", taken from his debut solo album 'The Long Road Home'.

Filmed over two cold days in January, the whole process was captured on film and released in a two-part documentary, giving fans a closer look at the dangers involved with setting fire to a building with the artist and crew inside.  Watch the incredible behind-the-scenes footage now:

CARCASS 'HEARTWORK' & NAPALM DEATH 'SCUM' FULL DYNAMIC RANGE VINYL REISSUES OUT NOW

NAPALM DEATH's classic debut 'Scum', along with CARCASS' legendary album 'Heartwork', have been reissued on Full Dynamic Range vinyl and are available once again.

After the original FDR pressings of NAPALM DEATH's 'Scum' and CARCASS' 'Heartwork' quickly sold out, fans have since been clamouring for another pressing, and are now able to get their hands on these metal classics once more.

Originally released in 1987, NAPALM DEATH's 'Scum' would go on to spawn an entire genre, influencing others for decades to come.  To this day, the album is still widely hailed as the most important grindcore album ever made, and regularly features in charts listing the best metal albums of all time.  See a video of the new 'Scum' FDR vinyl in action at https://youtu.be/U4pPgde4T94

Get 'Scum' now on Full Dynamic Range vinyl at http://webstore.earache.com/napalm-death

'Heartwork', the classic 1993 album from CARCASS, was the band's biggest selling album and their first to land in the top 50 of the UK charts.  Described as the band's breakthrough, it's still widely hailed as one of the best death metal albums of all time.  Check out a video of the new 'Heartwork' FDR vinyl in action at https://youtu.be/x3uYypFYZyk

EARACHE LAUNCHES NEW VINYL ON DEMAND SERVICE

With an ever-expanding catalogue however, many older titles have now been out of print for years - in some cases decades - leading to extortionate prices for originals on eBay and frequent calls from fans to bring back some of the more popular and more obscure releases.

EARACHE CLOSES CHAPTER ON THE "LOUDNESS WAR" WITH FULL DYNAMIC RANGE VINYL REISSUES

This concept is not designed for the casual music fan that might only listen to albums on their phone or iPod, but the real music enthusiasts who like to put a record on a turntable, sit back and absorb the sound waves at the optimal quality, experiencing the warmth and depth to the music as it was originally intended; the instruments leap out of the speakers.

The next titles due for an FDR repress are SLEEP's 'Holy Mountain' (available now), NAPALM DEATH - 'Scum' (March 17th), CARCASS - 'Heartwork' (March 17th) and BOLT THROWER - 'Realm of Chaos' (March 31st).  Other titles in the range are now sold out.

BITERS RELEASE FIRST SINGLE, MORE DETAILS FROM NEW ALBUM 'THE FUTURE AIN'T WHAT IT USED TO BE'

Atlanta's rock 'n' roll quartet BITERS have released a brand new track, "Stone Cold Love" - the first single from the band's recently-announced new album.

Due to be released on May 19th through Earache Records, 'The Future Ain't What It Used to Be' is the follow-up to 2015's critically-acclaimed 'Electric Blood' and is set to land in the wake of a UK/European tour this spring.

Listen to "Stone Cold Love" now at http://youtu.be/SFY2j22YGJQ

BITERS frontman Tuk talks about how "Stone Cold Love" came to be: "I sat down with my buddy Scott (Stevens) to write a tune.  We sat for hours trying to come up with something that felt perfect, but were hitting a dead end.  We said 'fuck it' and went to his local hang out, ate some cornbread, drank a few beers and talked about music.  We spoke about T-Rex, Queen and Slade, shit like that, how cool those big drum grooves were.

The track listing and artwork for 'The Future Ain't What It Used to Be' have now also been revealed.  Check out the cover art at http://bit.ly/2kZXp8F

DANNY WORSNOP: DEBUT SOLO ALBUM 'THE LONG ROAD HOME' OUT NOW

'The Long Road Home', the debut solo album from Nashville-based artist DANNY WORSNOP, is out now worldwide.

'The Long Road Home' sees a slight musical departure from Danny's prior work with ASKING ALEXANDRIA and WE ARE HARLOT, forging a deeper and often darker path through the talented young musician's mind and displaying a truly stunning singing voice only hinted at previously.

Long-time fans will see a much more personal and reflective side of Danny's, with brutally honest lyrical themes ranging from loss and heartache to Danny's past (and often public) struggles with drugs and alcohol.  Backed by authentic, blues-soaked outlaw country, the album is also interspersed with a few more upbeat tracks, showing that Danny's ability to craft catchy melodies which will have listeners singing along in no time is still very much alive and well.

Get 'The Long Road Home' now on limited edition signed CD and coloured vinyl at http://www.earache.com/danny

The album is also available now on iTunes at http://bit.ly/longroadhome-itunes

ROCK 'N' ROLL TRAILBLAZERS BITERS ANNOUNCE NEW ALBUM DETAILS AHEAD OF 24 DATE EUROPEAN TOUR

Atlanta's rock 'n' roll quarter BITERS are set to release 'The Future Ain't What It Used to Be' on 19th May through Earache Records.  The album, produced by Dan Dixon, is the follow-up to 2015's critically-acclaimed 'Electric Blood' and is set to land in the wake of a UK/European tour this spring (dates below).

You can pre-order the album from midnight tonight (February 16th, GMT) on iTunes at http://bit.ly/bitersfuture-itunes and signed copies, bundles and vinyl from http://earache.com/biters

BITERS possess a certain energy coursing through their veins... that unmistakable sprinkling of stardust required for a band to go stratospheric.  Formed in Atlanta, GA in 2009, frontman Tuk set about his mission to bring back no-nonsense rock 'n' roll to the masses.  Their sound is infused with a modern twist on '70s rock; it's loud and fiery, yet unafraid of pop hooks and sweet harmonies.  BITERS remind us of times when bands looked liked bands and acted like gangs and are set to destroy any suggestions that rock is dead with their hunger for anarchy and partying hard.  They've a cynical social commentary on the state of the world and a knack for a catchy, feel-good chorus.

When it comes to the brand new album, Tuk tells us, "I knew I wanted to do something totally different to 'Electric Blood'.

For 'The Future Ain't What It Used to Be', BITERS recruited the expertise of multi-platinum songwriter/producer Scott Stevens to help take them to the next level.  LA-based Stevens has worked with THE STRUTS, HIGHLY SUSPECT and SHINEDOWN and his input on the lead single "Stone Cold Love" has elevated BITERS' sound to a whole new level.

With regard to having someone else in the studio, Tuk tells us, "The most valuable thing people like Scott and Dan Dixon (producer of 'The Future Ain't What It Used to Be') bring to the table is their willingness to strive for greatness.  They don't give up.  They'll sit and work 'til they're out-of-their-mind exhausted.  To find that same obsessive kinship with other writers and producers gets me so fired up.  The experiences I've had in recent years touring, writing and working with other driven, inspiring people have been invaluable.  Not all experiences were great by any means, but it was for a greater good.  I love being pushed and challenged.  It feeds my soul."

The album ignites with the punchy mission statement of "Let It Roll" and the next 33 minutes are pure, unadulterated rock 'n' roll perfection.  The stomping T-REX style groove of "Stone Cold Love" will make a home between your ears with its anthemic, stadium-sized chorus.  "Callin' You Home" is a reflective and existential stargazer soundtrack, whilst the feel-good bounce of Tuk's personal favourite, "Gypsy Rose" (which was birthed whilst singing to his border collie; "Sometimes you find inspiration in the most unassuming of situations" he informs) and the straight up, no-frills, chunky rock riffs of "Chasin' the Feeling" make 'The Future Ain't What It Used to Be' a record that re-energises the entire genre, making rock 'n' roll relevant once more.

BITERS are blazing a trail across the globe with their electrifying live shows.  In March, they undertake a 24-date European tour with label mates BLACKBERRY SMOKE, which will see them playing to over 50,000 music fans, including a date at London's iconic Roundhouse.  Dates rack up as follows:
