British death metal act IGNOMINIOUS INCARCERATION are currently in the midst of a headlining European tour, with Detroit deathcore destroyers and labelmates AND HELL FOLLOWED WITH supporting, along with HONOUR IS DEAD.
IGNOMINIOUS INCARCERATION bassist CHRIS BALL updates from the road:
"So far this tour has been amazing! Everyone on this tour is awesome, we all have great enthusiasm for each show and we are all feeding off each other's enthusiasm and getting hugely pumped! It's fun to show And Hell Followed With and Honour Is Dead how the Europeans do it when it comes to metal shows and partying.
"AHFW have showed us a couple of card games and also a crazy drinking game which I won't explain here, but if you're at one of our shows and hear 'BUFFALO' you know someone has just had to chug a big drink!
"We are getting a great reaction to all our new material which is awesome, even people that aren't familiar with it still bang their heads and pit to it which is sick and has made us even more excited for recording our next album.
"There's been some serious drunken after-parties over in mainland Europe as well (of course this is kept at a very professional level!) 'cause these Europeans have been showing us what's what when drinking and through this we have met some crazy characters. Especially a BIG shout out to Mario in Italy who was great to us over at the Italian shows!
"We're really looking forward to the rest of this tour and it'll be a huge shame when it's ended, but for now thank you to everyone who has come to a show, and everyone else coming to the shows, you will not be let down!! TIME TO GO PARTY!"
AND HELL FOLLOWED WITH guitarist KYLE McILMURRAY adds:
"Shows have been great so far.. Lots of small venues but fair turnouts every night. We were treated to quite large vocal chants to This Night Is The Coroner's at two of our Belgium shows. Made us feel right at home!"
