EVILE GIVE FIRST INTERVIEW SINCE PASSING OF BASSIST

British thrashers EVILE have given their first interview since the passing
of their bassist and friend, Mike Alexander, on tour in Sweden on October
5th, 2009. Mike was 32 years old.

In their first interview since the tragic incident, EVILE members Matt
Drake, Ol Drake and Ben Carter speak exclusively to Metal Hammer in the UK
about what happened and where the band will go from here.

During the interview, the band announce that there will be two memorial
shows for Mike, which will be held in Leeds and London in the UK at the
following dates:

7th December 2009 - Leeds, Rios
8th December 2009 - London, The Underworld

EVILE also announce during the interview that they intend to carry on as a
band and that they already have tours booked in the new year.

A special tribute website has been set up for Mike, featuring information
and photos of Mike, the option to make a donation to aid Mike's family and a
book of condolences for anyone to sign.
